Exchange and return
The buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase.
Returns and exchanges of goods are made if the specified goods were not in consumption, its commodity form is preserved, as well as the commodity check (in paper or electronic form) confirming payment.
Refunds are made to the buyer’s bank card within 1-3 working days of receipt of the goods.
The cost of delivery of goods for exchange or return is paid by the buyer.
The following are not subject to exchange or return:
– products that have been in use and have traces of wear.
– products after washing or dry cleaning.
– products made to individual measurements.
Delivery and payment

2. Delivery by courier
You can choose up to 5 items, and our couriers will deliver your order at a convenient place and time. In case of complete cancellation of the purchase, you need to pay the courier UAH 150.

Delivery time – 3-7 days.
Cost – from 45 hryvnias.
The New Mail Courier will arrive at your address.
You can pick up your order at the nearest Nova Poshta branch.
Delivery is FREE if the purchase price is at least UAH 5,000.
For CIS countries:

Standard – 35 euros Estimated delivery time 14-16 working days.

2. Courier service.
Express – 45 euros

International delivery is possible only with 100% prepayment of goods and delivery by the buyer.

We offer the following delivery options: – to the nearest post office, delivery time 10-15 working days, cost from 35 euros
– If the amount of your order exceeds € 500, we will send it to you by post free of charge.
– DHL express delivery. Cost from € 60, calculated individually depending on the weight and volume of the parcel. Delivery times are also calculated individually and depend on the country and city of delivery, approximately 3-5 working days.
You can pay for the order with any Visa or Mastercard bank card in any currency. The amount of the debit is debited in the currency of your bank card at the current exchange rate at the time of payment, so the actual amount of the debit may differ slightly from the amount stated on the site.
We use the services of the licensed payment system WAYFORPAY. It is she who acts as an intermediary when debiting your bank card. We do not receive or store any information from your bank card.
We are not responsible for any local taxes that must be paid in accordance with the law of the destination country. Please contact your country’s customs office to determine these costs.
